Made for the Safe In Our World Mental Health Game Dev Champions 2024

Gramps is a 2D platformer where you play as a space hopper named Gramps. Explore the levels, searching for mint lumps and getting to the finish line. Along the way, navigate challenging terrain and avoid the hazards of the lands.

In honour of mental health, it is important to talk about emotions and memories which I have shared in this game. Growing up, me and my siblings had a space hopper that we named Gramps who has been used in this game to symbolise my late grandfather who affectionately shared the same nickname. My grandfather enjoyed walking in nature, seeing all the birds and plants, all whilst snacking on mint lumps.

This game has been made in loving memory of my late Gramps.
